desperately need sleep?

i have mentioned before that i have problem sleeping, but now im getting worse, at one point i got my self in a routine of going to bed and getting up early, then one day that just slipped, i went away for a week i had no internet not even on my phone, and i was still not sleeping, i have tried to go to sleep tonight but still couldnt i have now got dressed for horse riding and sitting on my laptop waiting for 9am to arrive, then i will be fine, i have tried tips people have given me, like turning of all electrial things 30-60 minutes before i go to sleep, i have tried tiring my self out, i have tried to relax myself and i have tried to just blank every thing out, i need to get back into a routine before i head down to newmarket there i will be getting up early and going to bed early, i have am tired but everytime i just close my eyes and try going to sleep i just cant, i can be lying there for hours on end just hearing the sounds i hear and time going by with out me being able to sleep, what i really dont get is if i was to try and settle down now, then wake up at 9am then i would go to sleep just not wake up untill gone 4pm, i am going to book an appointment later today if i can, not just about my sleep but about sound i hear that no one else does, i can be in a silent room, in the dark and all i can hear is vacums or helecopters taking off, or the sound that a tv makes when its on the static channel, it drives me crazy, but what also troubles me sleeping is my dreams things happening to me, sometimes im older and i have a car, i am celabrating my 18th birthday and i get pulled over by the police for speeding, i lose my licence and my racing licence, also theres im going to sleep early hours that night, and i slip into a coma before i know it im in hospital and i wake up from a 20 month coma getting told im paralized and had a brain tumor, that really stops me sleeping, but even when i try not to dream or dream of something else all i see is me in a coma in a bed at the hospital with my mom and ex boyfriend by my side.
my mom dont really know about my dreams, i dont tell her she might think i really am crazy, i try writing my dreams into stories and hope they never come true, im not sure if the lack of sleep is making me dream weird things when i do sleep.
i am going to see a doctor about this but please incase my appointment isnt untill a few days away i really need to sleep. thankyou..

Xbox Live through satellite internet access?

I live in Indiana, and am going to be moving in a couple of months to a place more secluded and deeper in the woods. At this particular new location they have phone phone lines, but not what you need for internet (I do not know what it is exactly). I'm thinking my only choice is to have internet through a dish installed.

My question is (since this will be my first time using Xbox Live) what is my best choice for satellite internet, that is going to allow me to play Xbox live (at a good connection) if there is any option at all. I've heard about At&t's new "wifi" internet that you get from a satellite, but do not know details. What things should I look for and consider when picking a internet provider from this range of services? As much info as can be provided will be much appreciated.

Why is my BlackBerry Bold 9700 acting up?

I just ordered a slightly used BlackBerry Bold 9700 off of eBay. I have only had it for 3 days and I love it, but, there are a few very irritating issues that I CANNOT fix:

-If I am Bluetoothing someone, they can pair with me, but my phone just says "Waiting on (person's name)" and won't go away unless I click the middle button.

-Most of my apps such as YouTube, eBay, and Facebook won't work because it says something along the lines of "An internet connection failure" or something of that nature. I DO HAVE a data plan from AT&T and I have triple checked this.

-I cannot set up my e-mail because I don't have a BB Enterprise account, and I can't make one.


I have looked for countless hours on the internet for solutions but everything turns out to be a dud or it fixes someone elses same problem, but not mine!

PLEEEASE HELP! SOS!

Help! I think I'm in love with a celebrity...?

Ok I know it's impossible to be in love with somebody you don't know so I really have no idea what this is but it's strange... I've never liked a celeb before, intact I'm pretty sure I was annoyed with almost all celebrities. But during the summer I was trying to earn some money for something and I have been stuck in my house babysiting most days. The only humans around me are little kids most of the time. So anyway on the Internet I discovered this actor and singer and gradually I began to like him more and Spent ALOT of time watching all shows with him in it and buying all songs so at first it is clear that it was a mere obsession. But then I discovered his blog and after commenting on it one time his next blog sounded like it had a hidden message to me In reference to my comment. (to me this seems like the first sign of insanity). So after of that a series of events I started feeling something that resembles love. It doesn't matter how many times I try to convince myself that it will never workout I still feel like somehow we will be together someday. I remember people being with a certain celebrity in school and I just don't want to become them. I just hope that when school starts again and I get a new phone I'll get over all this. HELP!!!

HTC Incredible: Bit of a problem?

Okay, so today my family went to Verizon to look for new phones. I've wanted to the HTC Incredible since it came out in May. My mom wants the Droid X, and my brother either wanted the Motorola Devour or the Droid. They told us that it would be thirty dollars for internet PER phone. My parents don't want to spend ninety more dollars on top of the monthly cost. The lady that was helping us said that the HTC Incredible NEEDS internet to function properly. I don't know if this is true or not, since phones should work without internet. Is this true? Can the HTC Incredible function without internet? Thanks.

Couples months ago I was in need of urgent cash, so i apply over the internet for a loan, I got a lot of offers but I accepted the ones that seem to be the best and trustworthy, I ended up using three different lenders companies I been paying them ever since, which i already finish paying two lenders off already. Now i get a phone call from a person that claims to be an officer of some financial investigation, which he gives me my last four digits of social and driver license and email address. He claims that my social security is going to be loaded in the computers of the courts, unless i speak to him to discuss my options to stop that from happening. I called and i speak to him, I ask him what was all this about and he said that it was from a lender office (cash at once) that was going to present a legal claim against me in the courts( which he gives me my case number). He went on to say that i had two options, go to court and settle this or pay them $357.00 and settle the debt. He said that the debt was need it to be pay by today, which I reply that I didn't have the funds to pay all that amount, and that if i could pay it in payments, and he broke it down to two payments. he insisted that the he need it at least half by today, which i reply if it could be done by tomorrow, which he seem to have got of the phone to ask somebody else, then he said that it was ok. he went on the say that i need to sign a confirmation/ promise to pay letter that he was going to email me with an the attachment of instructions on how to go about to pay them. So then he ask for my email so he could send me the instructions, which i reply "Don't you have it already?" which then he reads back my email address, which i confirmed that it is my email. I get the email which states that its a Settlement Initiation Letter which has a file code and the amount i owe, with the payment plan with the dates and amount to be pay. It also has a statement that states that i agree to settle the account with Cash at Once, then at the bottom has the signature of somebody. The email also has an attachment with the instruction on how to pay, and they want it by western union or money gram.

First of all i forgot to mention that this "officer" that i talk to, has a strong indian or arab accent which i don't quite understand.

Second, I did not use Cash at Once as one of my lenders.

Third, i Dont trust sending money through western union or money gram to people i dont know.

so i dont know what to do, my gut is telling me that this a scam? Can somebody please help me on this matter, i would really appreciated. Thank you

Why does he only talk about this stuff?

Whenever I'm talking to my boyfriend, he usually only talks about technology, cameras/photgraphy, friends, or college or my own interests. Every now and then he tells me a story. I mean he sometimes tells me the same stuff. Like last night I talked to him for like 22 minutes (we would have talked longer but his phone died) about like internet and then about netflix - because i was renting the movie off of netflix that we're going to see together this weekend.

He's also been calling me more often. usually he doesn't call me just to "talk" but he has been starting to randomly call me. he's really shy so usually I'm the one to call him unless it's about our date. oh and he's into technology - i guess he's sort of a nerd, but i can be too so yeah. he's extremely sweet and respectful though.

I mean he doesn't bore me ever for i'm interested in the things he talks about, i'm just curious to whether all guys talk about that kind of stuff or if it's because he's extremely shy (he is - not talking wise but anything else), or what?

Data plan and Samsung Reality phone mandatory?

We upgraded 1 phone to the Samsung Reality and added a line with another Samsung Reality phone. When I saw the "Required: Data Package for 9.99" I asked the Verizon repersentative there who said it wasn't mandatory, and we can choose to leave it out--so we agreed to it.

The next day, I received a free text message telling me to download the Mobile Email because its included in my plan. Astonished, I checked the contract he had printed out for us, and it said "Data package 25 MB- Email".

I called Verizon and they said it was MANDATORY that all Samsung Reality phones must have (and that it's in the contract). I was CLEARLY misinformed by the representative who told me it was OPTIONAL.

What should I do? There's a 30-day phone return thing, but it was a free phone accepting the 2 year contact.

My parents are really pissed about it. Our phone bill of 80$ just went up to $109 (not including tax, which would be maybe 120$ for some useless feature) >.<

EDIT: I called Verizon again, and apparantly there is no way around it except to either PAY FOR THE USELESS FEATURE or RETURN it (therefore, canceling the contact). This is so ridiculous. I can't even have a phone without getting the plan?

I went on a chat website, wehre i had to enter my email and mobile inorder to get a pin to access the site, but i havent chatted with anyone or even been onto the chat, but it says : "By entering your PIN number and subsequently confirming connection you will receive 10 credits and be charged £5. This service is charged at 1 credit per instant message sent in and 4 credits per picture requested and received. This is not a subscription service. On exceeding 10 credits you will be automatically topped up with an additional 10 credits and charged £5. Customer Service", but i havent been charged on my phone or given any credits as far as im aware, but will i be charge on like my internet connection or whatever because i have not given any bank details, only mobile and email. thanks guys

When it comes to style. There was no internet back then so most of them weren't sitting in front of the computer all day with ice cream in their hand and remote controls in their other hand getting fat while watching television . Maybe that explains why so many people are getting fat nowadays. And was the previous generation less racist? Did Bill clinton and Michael Jackson's song (black or white) influence the 90's people to be less racist and promote peace?
And when it comes to the fashion style. did people from the 90's wear clothes with a better sense of style. There were no cell phones and internet so we were outside all day playing sports or hanging out with our friends. So overall were the 90's people just cooler than us?

Who's who in America scam?

Hi everyone

I have just moved to the USA barely a month ago, I am a well known professional internationally and came across an ad on the internet for the who's who in America so I filled a form to be included thin king it was free as there was no mention of any fees on the web page. They called me a few days ago and after listing all the benefits they then asked for 700 dollars for platinum membership, as I expressed that I would not be interested they went down to 500 for a Gold one, then to 300, then to just paying 9.95 dollars per month... I did not agree and to just brush off the lady without being rude I said let me get back to you in an hour, she was so sticky and made it look like if I did not decide right there I would lose the privilege and she was insisting to get my credit card details which I obviously did not give. I never called back but they keep calling me every day and leaving messages to call back, but to my surprise this morning I found a voice message from a debt collection company on my cell phone!
Is this legal? Can they really do something to force me to pay? I did not approve nor sign anything, but I don't know that law here, can anyone who knows the law in the US enlighten me please!

SO SICK OF LIFE. Please read?

About three ish months ago I was at school and we had a lock down. I was with my mom's class and my other teachers class because we had a meeting. There was this guy who put a gun to my head. And one of us (My mom,teacher,or I) were going to get killed. Thats what he told us. And my mom stepped in but my teacher didn't let that happen. So he pushed me down on to the floor and grabbed my teacher. I should of seen this coming. I knew that I saw this guy more than I should of. Everything got worked out. I have been just having a really bad time for the past year.
More Stuff:

Im 13 btw and I got adopted at 5 months. My parnets died in a car accident.

I've tried vomiting my food up.I don't even know why. I don't feel fat. But I never actually vomited.

I've thought about suicide but I won't do it because of pain and I don't like pain. And It would hurt the ones that love me. I WILL NOT. So don't say don't kill your self. I could never to anything like that. And I could never selfharm .

I've cried every night for the past year unless I was with someone. And if i didn't have anything to cry about I would make up something.

I don't want help. Well. I do. I guess. I don't want help from therapist or my parents. Just. I want to handle things on my own. But then again I don't mind getting help (For free) over the internet. I guess. I don't want over the phone crap.

I've had these REALLLY BIGGG meltdowns. I've broken stuff. Hit my parentswhich I really regret. Its like I had no control. My most recent BIG meltdown. I was throwing stuff around hitting my parents and I grabbed a knife threw it into the sink,just kind of fell i guess on the floor and went to sleep.
