Question: I have the Everything Data Family Plan from Sprint, will I have to pay for internet downloads?

Yes the ringtone costs extra, its the data used to download it and look for it that is included.If the site says that ringtones are free, then they are free. There would be no extra charges. Just make sure that it's not signing you up for a monthly subscription. That's where the "free" sites get you.
