8320 is 2007 technology and style: wifi, 2mp camera w/flash

8900 is 2008-09 technology. wifi, better track ball, 2mp camera with flash

8520: track pad, wifi, better keyboard, media navigation buttons, better processor, 2mp camera no flash.

I would get 8520 or upgrade to Bold 9700, get track pad, 3g, wifi, 256 app storage 3.0 mp camera with flash.
